1. General Provisions
1.1 Definitions
- Executor — PE Kuchma O.H., Odesa, Admiralsky Ave., 22/2
- Customer — a natural or legal person ordering goods/services
- POS-system — a software and hardware complex for retail automation
- PRRO — software registrar of settlement transactions
1.2 Scope of Application
These terms govern the relationship between LimanSoft and the Customer in the provision of retail and catering automation services.
2. Description of Services and Products
2.1 Software
- POS cash register with PRRO integration
- Warehouse and inventory management system
- Financial analytics and reporting
- Customer loyalty programs
- Mobile applications for business control
2.2 Equipment
- POS terminals (new and used with warranty)
- Receipt and label printers
- Barcode scanners
- Commercial scales
- Cash drawers
- Bank terminals for acquiring
2.3 Related Services
- Software installation and setup
- Equipment connection and configuration
- Staff training on using the system
- PRRO registration and setup
- Accounting consultations for PE
- 24/7 technical support
3. Procedure for Service Provision
3.1 Placing an order
- Submitting an application via the website, phone, or messengers
- Consultation with a manager to select the optimal solution
- Drawing up a commercial offer
- Signing an agreement
3.2 Stages of work execution
- Equipment selection — needs analysis and selection of a POS kit
- System setup — software installation and adaptation to business needs
- Staff training — practical sessions for the owner and employees
- Launch into operation — system testing and handover for use
3.3 Work acceptance
Work is considered completed after the Customer signs the acceptance certificate.
4. Service Provision Terms
4.1 Standard terms
- Consultation and solution selection: on the day of the request
- Equipment delivery: 1-3 business days (if in stock)
- Installation and setup: 1-3 business days
- Staff training: 1 business day
- Full implementation cycle: 3-7 business days
4.2 Factors affecting terms
- Complexity of integration with existing systems
- Number of workplaces
- Need for additional functional development
- Terms of PRRO registration with the tax authority
4.3 Force Majeure
Terms may be extended in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 For individuals
- Cash upon receipt of goods/services
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Privat24)
- Bank transfer by details
- Installments for up to 12 months (by agreement)
5.2 For legal entities and PEs
- Bank transfer under a supply/service agreement
- Prepayment 50-100% (depending on the order amount)
- Payment deferral up to 14 days (for regular customers)
5.3 Payment procedure
- Goods: 100% prepayment or payment on receipt
- Services: 50% prepayment, 50% upon completion of work
- Complex solutions: according to the agreed payment schedule
6. Delivery Conditions
6.1 Delivery geography
- Odesa: free delivery for orders over 3000 UAH
- Odesa region: delivery by courier service (150-300 UAH)
- Across Ukraine: Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta, Delivery (according to carrier rates)
6.2 Delivery terms
- Within Odesa: on the day of the order or the next day
- Odesa region: 1-2 business days
- Across Ukraine: 2-5 business days
6.3 Specialist visit
- Odesa: free for orders over 5000 UAH
- Up to 50 km from Odesa: 500 UAH
- Over 50 km: by agreement
6.4 Pickup
Pickup from the office is possible at: 22/2 Admiralsky Avenue, Odesa (time to be arranged in advance).
7. Warranty Obligations
7.1 Equipment warranty
- New equipment: 12-24 months (according to manufacturer's warranty)
- Used equipment: 6-12 months
- Software: technical support during the warranty period
7.2 Services warranty
- Software setup: 30 days of free adjustments
- Staff training: repeat training within 3 months
- Technical support: 24/7 on business days
7.3 Warranty service
Free repair or replacement of equipment in case of failure due to manufacturer's fault.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1 Goods return
- New equipment: return within 14 days in original packaging
- Used equipment: return only in case of a factory defect
- Software: returns are not provided after installation and setup
8.2 Goods exchange
Exchange is possible within 14 days if the product appearance and packaging are preserved.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 business days from the date of receiving the application.
9. Party Responsibilities
9.1 Executor's responsibilities
- High-quality work execution within agreed terms
- Safety of goods during delivery
- Providing warranty service
- Confidentiality of Customer data
9.2 Customer's responsibilities
- Timely payment for goods/services
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring conditions for work execution
- Adherence to equipment operating rules
9.3 Limitation of liability
Maximum liability of the parties is limited to the order value.

11. Final Provisions
11.1 Changes to the terms
LimanSoft reserves the right to change these terms with notification to clients on the website.
11.2 Dispute resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if ineffective, through court proceedings in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
11.3 Validity of terms
These terms are effective from the moment they are posted on the website until they are changed or canceled.
